Purpose
Bringing a global company into one room.
Global Kickoff brought approximately 1,500 people from across the world together in Dubai. At that scale, the challenge was bigger than delivering a conference.
The experience needed to create alignment around the year ahead while giving teams meaningful opportunities to learn, participate, reconnect and build relationships across markets and functions.
It also needed to hold energy across a large-scale agenda, rather than relying entirely on traditional keynote presentations.

Alignment without losing energy.
The program balanced strategic business content with formats built for participation, entertainment and connection.
Rather than presentation after presentation, familiar entertainment formats were reimagined for the stage - concepts inspired by Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and Shark Tank sitting alongside keynotes, leadership sessions and interactive content.
The objective was a kickoff where teams were not simply watching the year ahead, they were actively engaging with it.
Content & Programming
Keynotes
Large-scale leadership and strategy sessions brought the global organization together around shared priorities for the year ahead.

Interactive formats & entertainment
Game-show and pitch-style programming, plus reimagined entertainment moments, turned business content into participatory experiences designed to hold energy and attention across a long agenda.

Connection
Dedicated moments throughout the experience gave colleagues from across the world the chance to meet, reconnect and build relationships in person.
Dubai wasn't simply the location.
The social programming intentionally brought elements of Arabic and regional culture and hospitality into the experience, allowing an international audience to encounter the character of the host destination.
The objective was not to host a global event in Dubai. It was to let Dubai and the wider region become part of the experience.
- Arabic cuisine
- Henna
- Traditional and contemporary entertainment
- Arabic-inspired design and atmosphere
- Regional hospitality
- Music and performance

The desert experience
From global kickoff to the Dubai desert.
The experience moved beyond the conference environment for an immersive evening in the desert. A shared dinner and celebration brought the global team together against a completely different backdrop, with regional cuisine, entertainment, henna and cultural experiences.
The evening created space for something equally important to strategic alignment: connection.

An unexpected moment
Lior Suchard
The international mentalist brought another dimension of surprise and interaction to Global Kickoff - a shared entertainment moment beyond the core business programming, adding another layer of energy and participation.

One global team, together in person.
Bringing approximately 1,500 people from around the world into the same place created space for relationships and shared experiences that are difficult to replicate remotely.

Strategy created alignment.
Participation created engagement.
Culture created a sense of place.
Shared experience created connection.
