Customer Experience · Cultural Experience
British Museum
London · November 2025
Extraordinary access, after hours.

Introduction
A private customer experience inside one of London's most iconic cultural institutions, designed to bring Enterprise and upper mid-market customers together through culture, hospitality and extraordinary access.
The experience created an environment for deeper relationships and meaningful commercial conversations outside the traditional corporate setting.
The Brief
Create an exclusive, high-touch experience for priority customers that strengthened existing relationships, supported customer expansion and created meaningful opportunities for engagement.
The ambition was to create something customers would genuinely value being invited to — not simply another corporate dinner.
The Approach
The strategy was built around access.
Rather than using the British Museum simply as an impressive backdrop, the cultural environment became part of the experience itself.
An intentionally intimate audience, extraordinary setting and thoughtful hospitality created the conditions for customers and teams to connect differently from a traditional corporate event.
Create access, not just attendance.
For senior customer audiences, exclusivity doesn't always mean extravagance. It can mean access to a place, experience or conversation they wouldn't normally have.
